Abstract

Scientific research in the field of woodworking machinery and its products in Iran is However, a large amount of waste from this valuable material, and consequently, .rarely seen increasing production costs and finished product price, results from a lack of sufficient .knowledge about the interaction between the cutting machine and wood and its composites Although the sensitivity of wood composites, such as particleboard (PB) and medium density fiber board (MDF), is lower in machining processes than wood, but the result of blade engagement with surfaces and edges ultimately leads to the apparent quality of construction of Hollow in edge and surface, .these in-house manufacturing products. , In a meaningful way These .dent, fuzzy and surface roughness are all indicators of the quality of wood products. disadvantages create a poor view of the product and make them difficult to laminating Certainly these will be identified in scientific experiments. Perhaps the most important reason for the unconcern of university and industry researchers is, firstly, the absence of domestic companies in the production and manufacture of cutting machines and special blades, and non-competitive sales of PB and MDF. The customer's Ignorance about the quality of such products should also be added to these reasons. In this study, several compressed composites have been investigated in three machining processes including cutting, drilling and sanding Obviously, difference in the results have been from the type of raw materials, machines performance, attention to the stage of product quality control, and the use of optimized technologies for the production of such products. For this purpose, raw (unlaminated) samples were collected from several reliable local companies producing PB and MDF were machined (cutting, drilling and sanding) in Wood technology department, Natural resources faculty, Zabol University. The results showed that the MDF from Kimia Wood Company had the most disadvantages after the operations mentioned that the density below the standard could be considered as the most important factor in this low quality. Among the four selected companies in this study, the best quality for circular saw cutting and drilling were seen in the products of Foumanat, Loh e Sabz, Aryan Sinai and Kimia Golestan choob, respectively additionally, in the quality of the surface of the products after sanding process, it is clear that there is a significant difference between the products of the companies mentioned. Because of the lack of information on records, the lifetime of machinery, and the type of raw material that all of them may be included in corporate classified information, it was not easy to decode the reasons for this quality difference for the researcher. Therefore, the reason for this difference is mainly the density of these products is limited
