Abstract

The peoples create many changes in their lives accordance with the idealism mentality and desire to progress and development. In fact, the human tendency causes changes on his life, by his creative thinking and takes advantage of opportunities to come. But what has attracted everyone's attention, are changes that they has created in the villagers values and causes to transformation in rural communities. In this context, the aim of this study is analyzes of the effects of the villagers idealism on rural development in Sistan region. The research method is Descriptive – analysis based on the study of library resources, surveys and questionnaires, the data collected was assessed by using the Spearman test and the Kruskal - Wallis test in SPSS software. The results showed that exists on the significant relationship between the villagers’ idealism level and the rural development level. There are also significant differences in the rural areas development based on the idealism indicators. Of the 21 economic indicators, 27 indicators of social and 4 environmental indicators, the greatest impact idealism there is in the economic development with average of 42/3. And indicates that the more goals and plans of humans is shaped on the economic issues in their chosen. Subsequently, human chooses is impressed by their attitudes and aspirations too.
