Abstract
Today the urban population of the world is increasing and this increasing and uncontrollable growth involved the urban residents with many problems and has caused crimes and social deviance. Attention to these factors can have a significant impact on crime prevention policies and it is this time that the sciences of urban planning is purposed as a science that guide the way of urban growth and organizing the physical environments, social, economic and etc and is purposed for improving the life condition and decreasing the social deviance and finally for welfare of society. So the goal of this research is assessment and analysis the role of urban planning organs for creating the security of Zabol. The research method is descriptive – analytic and is based on documentary librarian and field studies. Software of SPSS and Arc Gis and models of AHP, Elctre tri are used for analyzing the findings. The result of questionnaire shows that urban planning organs have an important role in creating the security. The result of analysis of role of municipality organization in preventing crimes in urban planning using AHP model shows that the index of using brave and healthy managers in urban managing is in first place and index of absorbing and teaching the popular cores for keeping security is in fifth place. The assessment of role of urban managing organs of Zabol in creating security using of AHP model also showed that index of offering formulized programs with emphasizing on preventing crimes and creating security with standard weight of (0/294) is in first place and index of preventing from illegal immigration with standard weight of (0/194) is located in final rank. Finally the involved organizations in urban managing and their roles in preventing of crimes and creating security by using Elctre tri model have been prioritized and governor organ is located in first place
