Abstract

Narration is the study of fiction’s science. And indicates to a branch of literary studies that proceeds the analysis of elements of narrative and its systems. The post-colonial art is one of the branches of narratology that is focused on the analysis of global imperialism’s mutual relation’s and native culture of dominated countries in narratives remnant. This branch of criticism, studies those letters that its writers have tried to represent and signalize the ruinous identity of their country that are often from former colonies, against the dominated discourse of global imperialism. Tayeb Saleh is one of the most famous novelists of the Arab world who is remembered as a postcolonial intellectual. He has an effective role in the presentation of African- Arabic identity in his works. This study tries to form the process of the analysis of the elements of Tayeb Saleh’s fiction works to show the writer’s post-colonial role in the process of formation of the his stories. It shows that the writer’s study and his long inhabitancy in England white race is the main form of contrast between native culture and imperialism in his works.
