Abstract
Agricultural Extension kind of informal education in rural and agricultural enthusiasts. The goal is to familiarize the villagers in the use of new technologies to increase production, productivity, incomes and improve their lives. This is by some promoters in order to make voluntary changes in farmers' behavior is done by assuming a collective or social benefits. Female education can be effective. Villages in Zabol city also promote and improve the welfare of rural and agricultural training to improve the lives of women. This study aims to examine the role of women in agricultural education Bonjar village in the central part of the city of Zabol and its impact on economic and social development of village and rural life are discussed. Also related to agriculture and agricultural products needed in the area studied. To achieve these results, studies and surveys were conducted using SPSS software. The results indicate that the training and promotion of rural women in agriculture and increase rural income, there is a direct relationship. Women also improve social relations in dealing with various departments and people. It was found that the agricultural education and agricultural needs of the study area are related. At the end of the study was to provide guidelines and recommendations. These mechanisms include: Conducting training and extension in mixed cultures on land due to increasing population and lack of land. Greater use of outside experts in order to exploit more. Give priority to needs assessment for rural women in rural it is also a time to educate rural women to speak in their own language and to the learner is able to establish a closer relationship with them.
