Abstract
Study patterns of social networks and analyze them in terms of geography is important in many ways. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of social networks on rural development patterns in the city of Gonabad. Research data to the library method (use of historical sources, documents and research papers), field observation, interviews and questionnaires were collected. A sample using was sample of 370 questionnaires were selected in 38 villages. The results of the data analysis and research, according to the chi square test and Wilcox on test and Mann - Whitney showed: 1. With the development of social networks and communication patterns have been break new communication patterns are formed and old communication patterns have lost their boom Ast.2-- With the proliferation of social networks, social networking function impermissibly weakened and lost in Barhi cases. 3. The public status and social networking features, including compression and access according to the characteristics of the environmental, physical, economic, social, physical and for every village is different.
