Abstract

Today, Rural Development is one of the most important subjects in social and economical development of countries, especially in Third World countries. In the past few decades, one of the issues considered by many planners in development, has attracted the affect is one of the area that can be effective in economic and social development in rural areas. Chahe-Nimeh about the nature exception of this kind in the country is considered as one of the regions beautiful, excellent and fascinating country is East. The distance between Zabol and Chahe Nime’s natural ponds is around 50 kilometers, Helmand River by channeling excess water to be driven. In most of the time in years, the water supply in the rural agricultural boom of the plain area. Chahe Nime is the most important part of the impacts of the activities can be focus on economic growth and rural development and reduce the lack of employment opportunities in different parts of the agricultural and industrial. According to this aim, we set clear indicators of economic and social well in Sistan and the undeniable importance of rural development in the economical and social well in half or more. The study sample because of the large size of the villages in this region, which includes 22 villages and the number of households in Chahe Nime, is 2071. The village has a population of 8280 people in the sample population to respond to the questionnaire, 150 Cochran formula council officials, Rural administrators (governor of a rural district); forms. The methods used in this study are descriptive and analytical that based on library research, documentation and field. In this regard, research data and library methods (use of historical sources and documents) and the review and development of the field and prepared using the questionnaire-collected data will be reviewed. Moreover, data analysis software SPSS, GIS and AHP are used.
