Abstract

Social justice is the most interesting case in the history of rhetoric schools and in recent decades has been one of the most important issues that social scientists are considering. This arises from the humanities realistic approach to the processes of inequality in the world. However, a recent review of inequalities in the distribution of services in the design of urban land use, User capita rates and quantitative analysis models commonly done in the contract areas of municipal (Regardless of the radius of influence of urban services) Less attention has been paid to access city services. Accordingly, evaluation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative distribution of urban facilities and services with social justice approach as the primary goal of the study is discussed. In this study, using Library studies, refer to the respective organizations, field observations and surveys residents asked to analyze and evaluate various neighborhoods of Zabol municipal services paid and was analyzed using the SPSS and ArcGIS statistical software. The results, according to the analysis show that the spatial structure of Zabol pattern of inequality in access to urban services indicating. Thus at the end of the study, suggestions and basic solutions provided equal access to services across the different areas in Zabol city.
