Abstract
One of the most important basic criteria in the areas of development is the reduction of inequalities in the use of resources, facilities. This attracted many urban planners and experts in particular, the aim of this study assess the level of development and regional spatial inequalities in Khorramabad In various sectors, economic, social, cultural, educational, health-care and infrastructure services With emphasis on areas of Khorramabad As the sample in this study is The methods used for this research based on documentary data library And data analysis using models Topsis, Vikor is GIS software. The result of the study was done. Provided by using different user capita In terms of per capita utilizes a combination of research and TOPSIS models, and Vikor The degree and rate of development of the regions of Khorramabad, Was determined. On this basis, Brkhvrdartryn city area, area 7 and the most deprived area of the city of Khorramabad, area 22, is introduced. Regions5, 17, 18, 23, 21, 23, place were ranked second.
