Abstract
Wall ,passages play a key role in the commercialization of streets all over the world, Zabol city is one of the cities that has many capabilities in the discussion of commercialization. Shahid Bagheri Street is one of the strategic passages of Zabol, which plays a significant role in the development of this area. has The topic of the research is the analysis of the state of urban land use walls on the commercialization process of Shahid Bagheri Street in Zabol.This research is of a practical nature and the information and data were collected by field methods such as collecting urban land images and geoferrensic maps from Shahid Bagheri Street in a specialized and up-to-date manner. After analysis by ARCGIS and Field Area Measure software, it was determined that The urban land use walls of Shahid Bagheri Street, Zabol are distributed towards its northern border, which is not accidental, and the reason for this is the presence of commercial walls such as high-rise buildings and important commercial centers, such as the central market of Zabol city, compared to its southern border. By examining and analyzing the georeferenced maps, we come to the conclusion that the northern area of Etisalat Street has wider wall connections than the southern area.Also, by looking at the picture, we come to the conclusion that the southern part of Shahid Bagheri has a much more worn texture than the northern area. Finally, the researcher found one of the important solutions to strengthen the commercial walls of urban land, especially in the southern area, is to comply with the rules and regulations of urban roads. It introduces the city according to the master plan.
