Abstract

This research has done to evaluate the antifungal activity of sodium diacetate in disinfected fertilized eggs of Snow trout (Schizothorax zarudnyi) was conducted during the incubation period. Therefore, the fertilized eggs exposure with sodium diacetate (and mg per liter) during -minute, formalin (mg per liter) during minutes, malachite green (mg per liter) minutes by bath method and the control group treated without the use of antifungal drugs. At the end of the trial the effects of disinfection treatments were compared together.The results showed the lowest of fungal eggs fungus and highest of survival were recorded in different concentrations sodium diacetate treatments. In general sodium diacetate up to mg per liter make increaseing survival, reduce defects and reduce the appearance of fungus and can be used as an anti-fungal, antiseptic Snow trout eggs during incubation period.
