Abstract

Scenariosing is a face of the future and not prediction, so the scenario is to expand the thinking about the future and to expand the range of options that the researcher can expect in future projections, the scenario is a set of possibilities that are uncertain of the future It relates to the method of thinking about these unknowns. The scenarios teach us to think about uncertainties and to uncover contemporary preoccupation with the minds of our minds so that we can identify the breaks that may change our world. The main objective of this research is to investigate and evaluate urban intelligent growth with emphasis on the high-rise scenario of Zabol city. For this purpose, in the first stage, variables and intelligent growth indices in Zabul city were identified using Delphi method. Then using Smart Topsis model, these indices were analyzed for five areas of Zabul and identified the most suitable region for intelligent and high-growth growth. In the next step, using the Schwartz scenarios, the development scenarios of Zabul City were studied with regard to how the city grew and its high rise. According to assessments made in a general conclusion, Zabul has a horizontal growth that has experienced turbulent growth over the past years. The results of the study of Zabul scenarios show that the city will face three scenarios in the future: first scenario of compact growth of high-ranking city with a row-row, the second scenario of current and turbulent urban growth, The appearance of a tall building in front of a short building and a third scenario that the city will grow in different directions will make the city in this scattered, high-rise development in the form of integrated complexes without targeted planning around them
