Abstract

Bakhtiyarname is a literary book on the technical prose from the Sasanian era, written by Shams al-Din Mohammad Daghayeghi Marwazi Scientist and The speaker in the late sixth and early Seventh centuries. This book consists of an introduction and ten part and an end to which a story is narrated in each section of this book. These stories are like One Thousand and One Nights Are linked together, and they all include tips and advice to confirm moral virtues and to eliminate moral vices. Bakhtiyarname narratives, although seemingly dispersed , But they have a basic foundation, which is the result of common narrative techniques, the narrative features of this effect are not well-known. Since this book has been structured based on narratives and has been structured and there are several other stories inside each story, Tudorov's narrative theory is appropriate for its narrative analysis. The purpose of this thesis is to study the narrative structure of this work based on Tudorov's theory the preliminary results indicate that the narrative structure of each section of the Bakhtiyarname is based on a base and a few subfields, which are sequentially arranged in the same order. The dominant mode of Sequence is the chaining process. 3391 statements were investigated in this study.The Epistemic modality item has 2258 propositions, 67% of the propositions. After the Epistemic modality, Subjunctive modality funds with a frequency of 642 and 19 % is in the next rank. The Boulomaic modality is with the abundance of 491 and 14% in the next rank.
