Abstract

Without doubt, the most important factor which accelerates the growth and the economic – social development of a society is the human resources of that community. And women as half of population have an important role in grow than development of a country. Giving attention to women's employment status can bring the community's better utilization of this potential in to action. for this reason, set of factors which can prepare the way for the more employment of this capable population in a country's economic and social areas, has a higher priority. Essentially social and economic requirements of a country on one hand and women's demands to participate in the economic and social areas, on the other hand, require that an appropriate attention to be taken in regarded to the issue of women's employment. Based on this, an essential fusion would be posed and that is basically what factors are reasons for women's employment in rural areas. With this view, the present study examines the economic, social and environmental factors in flouncing rural women's employment within analytical – descriptive method in the city of Nimrooz. The data collected via library studies and distribution of Fue stationeries among rural incumbent women who work outside the home to earn livelihood. For testing and examination of the hypotheses, one variable T- Test and Vilc test are used. And findings showed that the maximum average for economic factors is (3/06) and for social factors is (2/96). There for, economic factors are the most important cause of the employment of rural women. Comparison of two period of famine in years 1377-1384, also showed that the employment rate of women in the famine period as a (50/40) and after that was (78/41) which indicates to the decrees of women's employment rate in famine period in 1377-1384. There for, the findings of this study ate indications for the confirmation of these hypo theses
