Abstract
skin is one of the largest tissue in the body that is constantly expanding and reconstruction throughout life and has many functions. Efforts to find effective methods and treatments for healing wounds have always been one of the issues that have been considered. Nowadays, human being use the herbal compounds instead of chemical to cure wounds because of its safety . On the other hand, it’s proved that Hypericum perforatum has counterfeit , anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial effect , so it can effect on wounds positively . Aloevera is anti-inflammatery and dis infection and has many properties in this part . Staphylococcus bacteria is skin natural flora and pathogenic bacteria in skin scarring .Its expected the combination of these two materials can be effective on wounds which inoculated by staphylococcus bacteria. For this purpose, 40 rats were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups : treatment group : control group and two groups were treated with Hypericum perforatum and Aloevera ointment . The injuries were recorded on special days and yhe wound healing rate was calculated . Histopathologic stadies were performed on samples collecteal from the wound . Finally, the data were analyzed by Anova, Kruskal wallis test : This study showed that the percentage of wound healing in day 3 in two groups treated with ointment containing Hypericum perforatum extract and aloe vera was 1% and 4% higher than other groups and there was a significant difference between the treatment group . On the 14th day the recovery of the two groups treated with plant extracts was 100% and better than the other two groups. The results from histological studies showed that the smooth muscles were in the extract group 4% better than the other three groups. In terms of severity of inflammatory cells and hemorrhage ointment 1% and 4% on Day 3 groups received the same rating. In the Appendices of the skin on the 14 day in both ointment contains extracts of Hypericum and aloe vera 1% and 4% of hair follicles formed by the sebaceous glands just extract 4% was observed and finally the formation of the lining of the Hypericum extracts and aloe vera in 4% better than the other groups. The results show that ointment containing 4% aloe vera extract and Hypericum perforatum extract have better healing effects than 1% ointment.
