Abstract

According to experts, optimal development is that brings the community satisfaction. Satisfaction is : Having a pleasant feeling of doing the things properly, after evaluating the results of operations and participation in programs. Thinkers and scholars of development especially the scholars of administrative and political sciences indicate that if government fails to meet the needs and desire of their citizens especially their material and spiritual needs, Several crises will arise, including the crisis of public trust, legitimacy, public participation and integration in the community. In addition to reducing the efficiency of administrative and political system, these crises will cause discontinuity in the development process. Accordingly, learn of the attitudes of customers about the performance of each organization extremely promote the better decision making in the intended organization. Accordingly, in the present study, based on analytical – explanatory approach, the level of satisfaction from the performance of the Managers in economic, social and physical aspects evaluated. Also, the managerial capacity of this public organization evaluated from the perspective of three groups of officials, Islamic Council members, and people in village. The results of the data analysis indicate that the level of satisfaction in the studied villages considering correlation coefficients (between 7.320 and 7.360) is different. In the social aspect, physical aspect and economic aspect, the coefficient is respectively different between (7.660 to 7.253), (7.633 to 7.374) and (7. 633 to 7. 200) which indicates the significant association among these three groups
