Abstract
despite the global markets for commodities, prices and even in many cases, the production of goods inside the country is also a function of the price and quantity in the global market, and the effect of these markets is being diverted to the country through various means. Given that our country is also one of the world's leading oil\ exporters, global commodity prices and their supply and demand fluctuate in different sectors of the economy, one of which is a vital part of the agricultural sector. Given that agricultural products on the one hand, such as industrial goods, did not have the ability to increase production in a few weeks, as well as in the basket of consumption of all households, a part has been identified, identifying the factors affecting the supply and demand of these products In addition to predicting and adjusting the production of agricultural products, the impact of price changes on the welfare of consumers or producers can increase the welfare of consumers and producers of agricultural sector. Therefore, this research study the effects of changes in the export prices of selected agricultural products (pistachios, dates and Saffron) on welfare Suppliers and manufacturers in Iran. The results show that the export of two products of pistachio and saffron due to the lack of global competitors for these two products has a positive relationship with the prices of these products in the global markets. In addition, the domestic price of products has a positive and significant relationship with export prices, which shows that with increasing Prices on domestic markets are also affected by domestic prices. It is also observed by examining the results of the extracts, by changing the price of the product, the changes in the consumer and producer's changes in saffron and pistachio products are more than the date product
