Abstract

Retirees are an important part of the experience of urban and rural populations. If we divide the life of a person into three periods prior to employment, employment and after employment, retirement follows the post-employment period, which leaves the person from the administrative provisions and organizational rules, and a new and different course It brings to the individual that they can use their experiences for the development and development of their place of residence. Administrative retirees living in villages include an important part of the rural population who can use their own experiences to develop and develop their own place of residence. This research aims to investigate and analyze the effects of the presence and survival of administrative pensioners on rural development in Zahak city. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and is based on the review of documentary resources and field studies. The statistical population of the study consisted of households living in villages of Zahak city. In this research households were determined using Cochran's formula. Data analysis is done using SPSS software and the economic, social, and natural impacts of retirees in the studied villages are investigated. According to the results, the greatest impact of retirees in the villages of Zahak city is not economic
