Abstract
Having a safe shelter has always been every human’s wish so much so that they have tried to improve the quality and quantity of their settlement using all types of technology. In recent years, the government has implemented several measures in the forms of rural guide plan and rural reconstruction- renovation plan for the development of rural settlements in different parts of the country. These plans have improved rural housing through their control-supervision measures, and executivepractical measures. Therefore, the aim of the present research was to study rural settlement plans and their effects on villages with settlement plans in Dolat Abad Dehestan of Jiroft County. This research uses a descriptive-analytical methodology. To this aim, library and document resources were used to investigate background of the study and the survey method was applied to gather data about families being studied. Moreover, the data were analyzed using statistical software such as SPSS, Arcgis, Expert choice, and Excel. The results of this research indicated that based on the t-tests of the two dependent populations, implementing settlement plans in the villages under study with 99 percent confidence has caused livability of villagers to improve and has transformed their lifestyles. Also, Based on the results of the research, the total quality of government executive-practical measures in relation to rural housing was in a favorable situation and on the other hand, comparing the level of executive-practical measures with control-supervision measures has also shown the superiority of executive-practical measures to control- supervision measures.
