Abstract
Among the major consequences of rapid urbanization, expanding cities and villages and areas of corrosion Metropolis is in the surrounding area has been extensive. This phenomenon in Iran during the past half century has been accompanied by a high ridge. Zabol, the metropolitan region, during recent decades the increase in population and development rapid growth surface, So that the steady creep of the city during these period many villages in the tissue has merged. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of body - integrated rural area (the village of Sarhadi and the village of Siah Mard) is in Zabol. This study is the first application of descriptive, analytical and is based on a literature review. Then the field data collected through questionnaires and interviews with people in the study area were acting and for data analysis and statistical analysis of Software AHP hierarchy is used. The results of the research findings indicate that the views of people living in slums and how many changes happen due to field work Integrated rural residents are not satisfied with the service provided by the municipal administration
