Abstract

Development policies in the past decades at the country level had with it self a special and physical reflection. Including them in which can be mentioned are Urban growth in the country, concentration of Facilities and services in the cities and performing spatial divisions in which has lea to disturbing the coherence between urban and rural areas and following it turmoil in population displacement, Irregular migration from rural to urban areas and the evacuation of villages. Based on this, the purpose of this study is Identification of existing system governs on the spatial organization Settlements of Javanrood County and analysis of it based on the census data between 1375 and 1385. Method used in this thesis is from variety of Descriptive- analytical methods, and the necessary information of the study has been collected and analyzed based on library research and field operations methods. In order to Explaining the assumptions and data analysis have been used the descriptive methods and then to test them the analytical method has been applied. The sample size in this study is all villages of Javanrood County. Our results indicate that the main factor in the evolution of Spatial organization of Javanrood county In 1385 compared to 1375, has not been Immigration and the Changes in which we have witnessed in the spatial organization of Javanrood county in 1385 has been led Instability of rural settlements
