Abstract

Using an appropriate model for good governance in rural management ensures that the voices of the poorest, smallest and most vulnerable people, community groups and environmental location away from the center reached the ears of decision-makers when allocating public resources, and best makes decided. Therefore, it realization have the driving role in the sustainable development of political, economic, social, spatial parts and rural development management. The aim of this study was to analyze the implementation of an appropriate model for good governance in rural management in Zahak township. The Statistical population is the villages in the Zahak township and sample size for households was determined using a Cochran formula with 376 people. For data analysis, software SPSS, and for the analysis of spatial data, ArcGIS10 Expert Choice software was used. To test the hypothesis, independent samples T-test and Spearman correlation coefficient was used. The general results of assumptions indicate that in independent samples t test, significantly level is greater than 0.05. Therefore, there is not significant differences between the realizations of good governance in the rural management of different sectors of Zahak, as well, in the second hypothesis, due to significant level, Spearman correlation coefficient test 000/0 indicates that there is a significant relationship between the realization of good governance in the management of rural and social development in the villages of Zahak, and in the third hypothesis, due to Spearman correlation coefficient test, between the realization of good governance in rural management and economic development in the villages of Zahak, there is a significant relationship with a confidence level 99% .
