Abstract

In urban planning that can help the city of realization of more justice, justice is the concentration of population and spatial planning services are fairly distributed. Inadequate and unequal distribution of services in urban areas due to stay here in the growth of its development, is now one of the challenges of urban management in responding to the citizens. Use spaces and proper distribution of municipal services and complete expression, spatial justice is one of the main concerns raised in urban planning. Overall livability in all parts of the city is one of the important factors affecting the level of urban spatial justice And that the provision of livable solutions for local governments and a regional planning organizations to achieve sustainable development. This study aimed to investigate the livability analysis of spatial equity in dehdashti approach and identify the correlation between the dimensions of space Justice And indices of livability and identification of strengths, obstacles and challenges in creating an atmosphere in DEHDASHT justice has been done. Methodology this study is descriptive. In this study, data were collected through a questionnaire with a sample size of 381 And producing the necessary information by visiting municipality and relevant institutions have been. And Data analysis using TOPSIS techniques and statistical tests of T-TEST, TOKEY and Pearson correlation coefficient in SPSS software was performed. The results show that variable spatial equity with -64 / 0 The average level was lower and Level between the two variables was 53/0.The results showed that in terms of spatial equity in unfavorable condition is DEHDASHT and direct relationship between the size of spatial equity and viability indices, there is a strong and significant, So that with increasing levels of spatial justice, as well as increased levels of livability
