Abstract

Crop insurance can be one of the most important mechanisms to deal with the inevitable risks of agriculture and its best solution for financial damage. Coordinating and approximating of written programs with needs and expectations of farmers is one of the development and extension agricultural insurance method. The aim of this study is recognize of effective factors of farmers satisfaction by agricultural insurance with descriptive survey method using fuzzy linear regression models (symmetric and asymmetric) and interval fuzzy regression. Khorasan Razavi province farmers were selected with stratified random sampling method is statistical society. Fuzzy regression model results showed that farmer commitment indicators to agricultural banks, apparent prestige of agricultural bank among farmers and level agricultural banks responsibility to complaints hasn’t any affect on satisfaction of farmers from agricultural insurance. Amount of compensation parameters have direct and positive effect on the satisfaction of insurance. Insurance premium indices showed low effect on the insurance satisfaction and regard to coefficient this variable insurer have low satisfaction of insurance payment. Finally, goods quality indicators and received services have direct and positive effect on insurer satisfaction. This index than other indices coefficient is higher. Interval fuzzy regression mode indicator that some of the fuzzy regression models were zero were valuable indicators that can be committed to the Farmer agricultural bank, agricultural bank index apparent prestige among farmers and agricultural bank accountability index level as a responsible insurance Complaints noted. Therefore, an interval regression mode compared with fuzzy state has a higher accuracy
