Abstract

In order to evaluated effects of humic acid and three ecotypes of cumin (Cuminum cyminum) on yield, yield components and some morphological traits, a split plot experiment was conducted during 2011, based on complete randomized block design with 3 replications in Research from of faculty of agriculture, university of Zabol, Iran. Treatments included: three ecotypes (Ardebil, Kerman and Zabol) and four levels of humic acid: control (no fertilizer), humic acid with irrigation, humic acid with irrigation + humic acid spray and humic acid with irrigation + 2 spray of humic acid. Results showed that no significant difference between ecotypes of cumin, and only on inflorescence difference observed. The effects of humic acid on traits was significant. According to the results achived maximum height (11/98 cm) and seed yield (0/32 ton/ha) to produced at treatment humic acid with irrigation + 1 spray of humic acid. In conclusion the results of this experiment pointed that use of humic acid is the way of increasing of three ecotypes cumin.
