Abstract
Figitidae is the largest family of cynipoid wasps. The Fauna of Figitid wasps (Hymenoptera: Cynipoidea) was studied at Khorasan-e-Razavi Province. during 2010-2011. All sample were collected by Sweeping net and the Malaise Trap. Samples were sorted and divided based on morphological characteristics. In total, 85 samples were collected from different localities from which ten species belong to seven genera and three subfamily (Aspicerinae, Figitinae and Charipinae) were identified. Nebulovena persa gen. Nov., sp. Nov. Pujade- Villar and Paretas-Martínez, Aulacide arnicae Hoffmeyer, 1930 and Melanips alienus Giraud, 1860, from Figitnae, Aspicera abbreviata Belizin 1952 and Callaspidia aberrans Kieffer, 1901 from Aspicerinae and Alloxysta. Arcuata Kieffer, 1902, A melanogaster Hartig, 1840, A mullensis Cameron, 1883, A. brevis Thomson, 1862 and Phaenoglyphis villosa Hartig 1841 from Charipinae were recored from this region. The subfamily Figitinae with three species was record for first time from Iran.
