Abstract

There are several problems in Sistan border rural settlement area such as non- development, bad economy status and shortage resources water, that are basis of employment and poverty and cause Immigration population of frontiersman, that the population of these areas is discharged and this cause reduction security of these regions. This is one Chain events that effects on each other. Therefore border rural settlement is important factors that effect on the sustainable security of area. Since the protection of borders are the most important Issues in country, and security of border related to security of each country, therefore studying factors effective on the security of regions border is essential. The purpose of this research is determining the effects of rural settlement on the sustainable security on regions border in Sistan. This research is descriptive-analytical that with use of field data and theoretical studies examined the role of border rural settlement on the sustainable security. Field data were collected with using inventory and community investigation and analysis and check using by statistical tests. The results showed, the village dispersal with sustainable security had significant negative relationship at 1% level. Among the minor variations of sustainable security, the variables of “life security”, “property security”, “Police security”, “Defense security”, “ Job security” and “Environmental security” with village dispersal had significant negative relationship at 1% level. But relationship of "morality security" and "Believe security" with village dispersal was not significant. Due to the rural migration and villages discharge is cause discharging the rural population, so should propose a strategy for survival rural population
