Abstract

Physical-Spatial Villages Development causes of optimal regulation of land use, improves Street network, Housing, state of infrastructure, facilities and the health of their environment, reduces the differences between urban and rural areas, preventing the migration of rural, sparsely populated and would-be drained. Due to certain conditions and restrictions of geomorphologic development in their mountain villages, the purpose of this study is to analyze the physical challenges in Kamyaran Township and physical development in mountain villages. The present study is based on analytic studies, documentation, library and field studies have been conducted. Statistical Society includes mountain villages in this city and the sample contains at least 100 families residing in the villages where they exist. So, in this study, 22 villages have been evaluated according to the number of families living in them and Cochran formula, 355 households as households in the sample was determined to complete questionnaires to achieve the desired objectives, the study documents a wide range of indicators defined in the framework of field studies (completed and rural household questionnaire form field observations the status of each of the villages studied. The analysis of the data using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the statistical and spatial analysis of Expert Choice software, SPSS and GIS Arc have used Results showed that, villages severity of physical challenges, physical, and physical development of the institution's performance significantly with each other physically One-way analysis of variance, analysis of road network in poor physical appearance and physical challenges are exacerbated in the study villages is more than other factors, And according to the results of the test and Pearson's correlation between the level of physical development and physical challenges the institution's performance in the villages studied, there is significant relationship
