Abstract
Wooden doors are produced in various resolutions. Each of these quality for different purposes. wooden doors in different climate against mechanical forces acting on an important role in determining the quality of their doors. The aim of this study was to determine the durability of wooden doors customary conditions, factory and workshops Iranian is built, is. The such as wood fittings used between pattern and stick to the 3 joint "mortise and tenon, miter joint, butt joint " as well as the network cardboard four procedures "MDFmelamine, MDFmulch, HDF simple, threeply wood" Was made.the doors were made" ISO 8270: 1985, Doorsets – Soft heavy body impact test " landing count picky and detail object damage was found in the impact test. The doors were made in three distinct connection with 12 treatments tested in totally random impact tests were. "ISO 6443:2005 , Door leaves - Method for measurement of height, width, thickness and squareness. ",and squareness of doors, built with joints and specific projects after construction during the period of 3 months were measured.test number specimen measured consumption and production conditions of the workshop was on his own door, which reviews standard condition had.according to standard regulation "ISO 8269:1985 ,Doorsets static loading test", free corners were measured.the results showed that treatments were statiscally significant with the 95% confidence.highest strenght and built doors had hard density fiber board(HDF) difference between the procedures.the doors fiber board made of hard density fiber board (HDF) with mortise and tenon joint (2549N) and miter joint(2438N) and three ply wood Chinese imports by butl joint(2559N).the type joint wooden doors were not effective in increasing. resistance veneer type procedures have a significant effect on the resistance against the force on the corners of the doors were open. Results based on LSD comparison of means were significantly different at the 95% confidence level with each other.
