Abstract

Humans evolved in the course of urbanization, to conduct the affairs of the citizens, municipal authority is established and numerous duties and responsibilities are considered. For further studies and analysis of various urban managements and different aspects of urban development, Urban sprawl, designers, urban planners and experts tried to provide innovative solutions. City and urban management are very close and near concepts to each other. Interaction between elements of urban management, including citizens, city management department, Islamic Council Assembly and the private sector can improve the performance of urban management. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency and performance of urban management in the field of physical indicators and components - Space is the city of Zabol city. In the same vein, the six physical parameters - the urban area, including the status of residential units (in terms of physical characteristics such as facade construction, number of floors), the street network and the communication network, the lighting and urban furniture, landscaping condition city, state recreational sports and the state's per capita urban density and compliance are examined. The research method is descriptive - analytical and information collected through this survey is in the library. Data from this survey that collects environmental data, physical - space via questionnaires and interviews to gather information from experts and relevant agencies, particularly municipal will be done. In this study, the statistical society is the citizens of Zabol city and by Using Cochran formula, 320 questionnaires were prepared. Finally, different software models, such as SPSS and Expert Choice AHP are used. The surveys and questionnaires and their results are analyzed
