Abstract
The work is improved flexural strength of sandwich panels using changes in cor structure and sex. The general objective of this study was incrising flexural strength of the sandwich panel. By keeping the thickness of core panel, core network structure consisting of rectangular, shaped holes and paper sex. The use of two types of adhesive (Urea and Phenol Formaldehyde) was organized to composite products wood. Provided the conditions for the construction of laboratory samples of core porous paper, Manufactring sandwich panels. The analysis of collected data from mechanical tests (three-point flexural strength, core shear flexural strength and flatwise compression strength), wich made based on ASTM standard using SPSS Software, has been ended to the result. That follow: generally, It was proved that the core porous paper to two kinds of sandwich panels control, improves flexural strength pressur to a greater extent. Coparatively, Phenol formaldehyde resin was a better result on this properties to making the core a significant effect on the flexural strength of the sandwich panel. Increasing core dancity porous paper content had a positive effect on flexural strength. The result from core shear flexural strength and three-point flexural strength panel test showed increased an expanded polystyrene core sandwich panel, content can influence on core shear flexural strengh, three-point flexural strength and improve them. On the shear flexural strengh test results effected core porous paper sandwich panel in the intermediate tow other panels. The result from core flatwise compression strengh panel test showed increased core porous paper sandwich panel, content can influence on core flatwise compression strengh and improve it.
