Abstract
This research tries to analyze effective factors in rural landscape in rural areas of Zabol city. This is descriptive research and a kind of survey and survey tools in this research are questionnaires. For gathering information about testing, researcher hypothesis made from these questionnaires. In this way after choosing a population which consist of villagers, rural assistance and municipalities in Zabol and around areas, the questionnaires published and distributed between them. Sample mass has been determined by using Cochran formula and for selecting samples a kind of simple and random sampling used. After gathering information data had analyzed by using SPSS (version 18). Then in inference part according to t- test and Freidman test all research hypothesis tested. The results showed that official decisions, people participation, officers in rural areas such as municipalities and devoted investments and budget are effective in developing landscape of rural areas in Zabol city
