Abstract
The importance of rural development and its critical role in the development of developing countries is not a secret to anyone, more than anything achieving this, depends on development of human resource through social-economic participation. Identity to administrative workers, given to them independence and providing them active participation in various fields, are important factors in the rural development. Evidence shows that persistent administrative workers in the villages, as elites in the rural society, during the past decade had significant efforts in the social - economic field of rural community, that often rural planner and researchers don’t consider to them. Here a fundamental question is considerable: persistent of administrative rural workers, what would have affection in the development of social - economic of villages? This study investigates the effect persistent of administrative rural workers in the development of social - economic of villages with descriptive – analytic method in Shib-e Aab in Zabol. Data collected through library research and questionnaires is done by persistent and no persistent administrative workers in three categories of sample villages. Test hypothesis was used Man - Whitney and Kruskal – Wallis Test. Findings confirm the research hypothesis, Thus, the persistence of Administrative workers is effective in the social and economic development of rural areas. In the follow recommendations are provided.
