Abstract

Medicinal plants as Organic materials raised of nature are most healthful materials for medicinal usage. These plants, because of very high ecological flexibility about to diverse climates considered as one of most herbal genetically resources and due to entity of very diverse compounds being inside them, they have very medicinal usage. This study due to evaluate quantitative and qualitative characteristics of medicinal plant Milkweed as scientific name Calotropis procera accomplished in some of natural habitats of Sistan and Baluchestan state covering cities Iranshahr, Nikshahr, Chabahar and Khash. C. procera is a kind of Asclepiadoideae family, that is shrub of caoutchoucal plant which are widely used in desert, tropical and subtropical Africa, south of Iran and east of Afghanistan and Pakistan are all affected. Almost all parts of the C. procera have treatment properties. The leaves are used to treat the common cold. The method of survey were collected with using scrolling field and plant species from different places in Sistan and Baluchestan with 4 replicates Factors studied include morphological traits stem length, internode length, leaf length and width, and content of the soil properties evaluated include: pH, Ec, Soil texture, N, P, K nutrients, and the percentage of secondary compounds were measured . The study was nested design. Analyze the constituents of the extract GC/MS device, and data analysis using the version 9 of SAS software, and comparison of means by Duncan test at 5 percent and graphs using Excel was used. The results of this study showed that the Nikshahr city in most morphological characteristics, quality and quantity of active substances in plant and soil nutrients as well as the maximum amount to be allocated among the other city, so the city for cultivation of C. procera plant is a high level of attention to this area in order to preserve valuable genetic resources gives emphasis.
