Abstract
Suburbia and informal settlements in present terms, social and economic consequences of urbanization and industrialization is a paradigm shift. Urban texture Marginal with habitation informal insufficiency due to physical wear and tear, lack of adequate urban services and substructure off adverse environmental conditions and a variety of cultural and socio-economic problems of the other, strongly requires comprehensive measures to restore, develop and organize the words "urban revitalization", respectively. Contrary to urban development and urban renewal activities or creating new Town, a process that should be a gradual progression. Therefore the aim of this study is to use the main structure and approach to urban renewal in order to organize and deal with urban suburbia professionalism. This research-based analytic Descriptive ¬ Library studies, data analysis, documentation and study field which is finally using statistical software for data processing research and technology strategies and strategies for developing renewable SWOT advantage is taken of urban life. Indicative results are indicators of unemployment and increase the income of the highest and lowest weight between economic indicators account. Revitalization of urban areas also provide indicators of health services and improve the quality of urban housing 1/97 and 1/90, respectively, the mean and maximum parameters and strengthen the government's investment and tourism architecture with the lowest average 1/47 the weight allocated to the poor showing. Urban areas in terms of economic revitalization in Zabol, Zabol are the socio-cultural and environmental. Overall, the results indicate that the facilities and services of the city and its distribution in different regions and Standards Capitation is in direct proportion to growth or lack of growth in urban areas.
