Abstract
Rural guide is one of the most important plans of the government for villages’ organization and development .While organizing and reforming physical fabric of villages, specifies its spread and development in ten-year horizon and after more than two decades of its implementation, different effects in terms of physical –space such as a change in the fabric of the villages. Change in the pattern of housing, lack of coordination in the network of rural roads and facilitation of the movement of villagers have followed. despite of initial purposes and plans of these projects for development of rural in different parts of the country , it seems that in practice ,the preparation and implementation of projects ,faced with various difficulties in different aspects. In Torbat jam also, rural guide plan has not conducted a proper process and evaluate the implementation of these projects in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses and increase their effectiveness is inevitable. This study examines the adaptation process of physical development of villages with rural guide plan deal with the proposed use maps in Torbat Jam. in this study, according to its nature, descriptive and analytic methods used. First, to collect information and become familiar with the theoretical foundation and theoretical research on the subject, with books, research papers, theses, official data from the statistics, organizations and local authorities, attempted to collect information. After the classification and elaboration of literature, it was time to gather information related to the thesis. for this purpose and in order to achieve the objectives and analyzing the research hypothesis , the method which compares the location data, related to guide plans approved condition and adopted with the existing villages, using ArcGIS and field Observation and presence in the villages have been used. The results showed that the physical development of villages of Torbat-e- jam city having rural guide plan with suggested use-maps of proposed is largely consistent.
