Abstract
The natural crises such as drought may have a strong affect on the all aspects of human life, considering especially the residents of surrounding villages and increasing instability of villages is of significant importance. The presents study investigating the impacts of hydrological droughts on surrounding villages located 2 km from the Hamoon international wetland. This area includes 35 rural areas with the 2416 family’s population. For analyzing the data, the hierarchical model of AHP and statistical and spatial models have been used. In line with models the Experts Choices, SPSS and Arc Gris software have been employed. By comparing the average of variables of each feature in the periods before drought and after it, a significant different in socio-economic- Environmental and physical space capacities of these areas can be observed. This drought has caused sever damages to these surrounding villages and reduced the number of domestic animals of each family, cultivation, hand craft industries, increasing of unemployment rate, reduction of population and even resulted in increased evacuation of these areas.
