Abstract

Superoxide dismutase SOD under salt stress in the 3 selected genotype test was done to compare gene expression, cucumber, Cu/Zn SOD enzyme superoxide dismutase activity, based on completely random factorial design experiment, in biotechnology research center of the University of Zabol. Three replications was considered for each genotype and then samples of salt concentration, with two patients under 50 mM and 100 mM was extracted. The transcription of RNA sample wich extracted from the leaves of each cDNA was reversed. For all the samples to the norm α gene expression level of controlling tubulin genes at the same time as a case study in Real Time PCR reaction were studied. Then the enzyme superoxide dismutase fitted by the gene code lift a wavelength measured with 560 nm. The results showed that among the studied genotypes, an average of 3 maximum value related to gene expression, 100 mM 6/247 genotypes related to genotype number 3 in terms of salinity minimum, and this amount for genotype number 1 was 2/59, without tension in the State. In the case of enzymes under salinity stress concentration genotype number 2 was100 mM with a maximum amount of enzyme activity and 8/503 was related to genotype 1, in the control mode with a minimum 2/25 of the enzyme activity.
