Abstract
During the past decades, the different methods of investigation of inequalities in distribution of service centers have mostly zoomed on the urban land use plans, the rate of the use and analysis with the known quantitative models in given municipal areas (regardless of the radius and influence of the sphere ) and access to urban services has been ignored. However, access to urban survives is one of the most important factors in the development of cities and it is a crucial factor in developing sustainable urban development. The new models of spatial analysis such as analysis of privacy and spatial autocorrelation engineering could solved not only the problem of accessibility to a given service but also paved the way for other services, and clarify the methods of spatial distribution concentration and dispersion) of citizens accessibility in an equal and justified way. The purpose of the present study was to analyze the accessibility to urban services, identify the centers of concentration and dispersion in a unified model and invistigate the relation between the spatial distribution of population and urban services. In the present study the Shiraz city, nine municipal regions, and seven given services such as education, library, firefighting, park, post services, sport and police services have been investigated. The method of the study is descriptive-analytical and it is based on the library and documentary study. So, data analysis was run based on GeoDa, GIS, Arc softwares, and spatial autocorrelation techniques, Moran index General statistics and Moran's bivariate correlation analysis. According to the analysis, Shiraz city with variable spatial structures showed the pattern of inequality regarding the access to urban services. Therefore, at the end of current study, proposals and fundamental ways presented for equal access to service.
