Abstract

Complex and the importance people the political origins in the universe and the need for ability and human’s activity that man have done and immobile as an object is freed. An important issue in the field of human needs and how to satisfy their needs and to satisfy these mechanisms in humans. The purpose of this study was to examine factors related to satisfaction of the residential complex in the town of AA is off. Methods the study was descriptive and Data collected through the distribution of documents and survey questionnaires and interviews with the residents. The population of the study population and sample size on the basis of Cochrane Condominium Ali Akbar 388 was fulfilled. Data analysis was performed using SPSS20. The results show that satisfaction of the residents of the housing complex, town Ali Akbar at low (1.8858) is estimated, and residents of the neighborhood relations (social) security Dashth¬ and relative satisfaction. The lighting and ventilation standards, and physical features, integrated facilities, access and transport, and storage management, prospect, neighborly relations and environmental grievances (Poor) living in has taken so many measures of satisfaction of residential units divided weak.
