Abstract

Due to impact credit, investment deposits and value added of agricultural sector on agricultural sector employment, his implied the essential evaluate factors affecting the development of agricultural sector employment. In this study, the role of Agri-Bank credits on agricultural employment of Mazandaran province has been studied with Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) and Error Correction Model (ECM) and annual data between 1363 and 1389. The results of dynamic model estimation confirm long run equilibrium relationship between explanatory variable and agricultural sector employment variable. Result of equations estimation shows the relationship between credit and value added of agricultural sector by employment variable is negative and indicates significant and inverse effect between these variables and dependent variable. On the other hand, investment deposit variable coefficients are positive, significant relationship between these variables by Independent variable is confirmed. Also, in this study Structural stability test, Analysis Variance and Impulse response function has been done. The results of estimating the threshold (TAR and TAR-ECM) model and regard to growth of bank credit as a variable threshold value is estimated at 44 percent.
