Abstract

Agricultural protection has been pursuant and contentious for many years and the problem that has been favored for many researchers in three decades recent is the relationship between researchers and farmers in production process. The main purpose of this research is the investigation of effective factors on farmers participation with wheat supervisors in Razavi Province Khorasan .The target population in this research was includes, all wheat farmers in Razavi Province Khorasan that 250 questionnaires were selected and analyzed by using stratified randomization method. The study tool’s validity and reliability was evaluated by factor analysis method. Several factors consist of 10 indexes by using of fuzzy linear regression approach with the symmetric triangular and nonsymmetrical triangular fuzzy numbers were investigated. The results showed that, farmer's expectation indexes, modernism, economic incentives and supervisor characteristics with zero coefficient in regression, didn't have effect on participation farmers with supervisors and awareness indexes, job satisfaction, advancement motivation, scientism, confidence and fatalism were estimated in very low level. Also efficiency variables, pieces of land, age and fatalism have negative effect on participation. Again, computing the sum of direct and indirect effective factors on farmers participation level with wheat supervisors showed that, belief index to use of scientific principles in producing agricultural production with coefficient 1.38, has the most direct and indirect effect on participation. Accordingly, with attention to results of research, it is suggested proceedings such as, performance proportional curriculum with farmer needed, deep cultural for purpose of preferment contexts diagnostic, cathexis and mentally-dynamics farmers and utilization of expert in context participation with farmers, was done.
