Abstract

In terms of ecology, Hamon lagoon plays a very important and strategic role in Hirmand city, so that the water resources in this lake have a great impact on the vegetation, animal life and the livelihood of the families of the residents of this area of Sistan. In this research, the researcher, by understanding the environmental conditions, seeks to investigate the effects of this wetland on the environment of Hirmand city. This research is of an applied type, which was carried out by a descriptive and analytical method. In order to analyze the data from satellite images, the use of ndvi index, linear Shannon entropy weighting method and Idas decision model were used. The results of the research show that despite the assumption of the researcher, the greatest impact of the dryness of the Hamon wetland was on the increase of barren lands, and the effects of vegetation as the assumption of the research was ranked second. Also, the results of the research show that in these three decades of drought and instability of water resources in Hamon wetland, negative effects on the environmental components of Hirmand city are evident. The researcher suggests that in order to reduce the environmental effects of Hamon Wetland on Hirmand city, Hakkabeh should be seriously pursued so that in this way it can help to reduce the effects of drought in Hirmand city.
