Abstract
In the end, due to the effects of the lower output of Hirmand River in production of agricultural portion of Sistan region, replacing products with low water requirements in crop pattern, remove the hay from crop pattern, providing credit to farmers for farm equipment approaches irrigation, greenhouse cultivation and pursuit of faster development of Iran's right to the Helmand river water rights in the international community. In the end, due to the effects of the decline in agricultural output of Sistan Helmand River, replacing products with low water requirements in crop pattern, removing the alfalfa from crop pattern, providing Bank facilities to farmers for farm equipment with new approaches of irrigation, The development of greenhouse crops and faster pursuit of Iran's right to the water rights of Hirmand river in the international community was proposed by the authorities to solve created problems, in the Sistan region.
