Abstract

In recent years, the tendency to migrate among Iranians has greatly expanded, given that migration is one of the most difficult decisions and actions in the life of each person, mass migration due to natural events and lack of welfare and cultural facilities and economic factors. ... This is not a new phenomenon, mass migration can be both external and internal. Mass migration can be called group migration of several families from one province to another, so this study aims to analyze the spatial effects. ; Rural migrants in Sistan-Baluchestan province have been carried out on rural areas around the city of Feyzabad (affiliated to the city of Mahwalat). The main research method is a combination of descriptive-analytical methods based on library, documentary and field studies and the use of interviews with villagers and questionnaires. The statistical population of this study is the villages affected by Sistani immigrants around the city of Feyzabad and SPSS, Excel and regression analysis test were used to analyze the information and data. The results show that the regression fitting model shows the positive effect of the presence of immigrants on the spatial dimensions of the studied villages by 0.901, the presence of immigrants in economic and social components with the values of (0.599 and 567, respectively). 0%) have the highest impact and have the least impact on environmental and physical components (0.492 and 0.445%). The results of spatial analysis of the final rank of villages using linear regression coefficient based on the impact of the presence of immigrants on the four spatial dimensions (economic, social, environmental and physical) The results showed that the presence of immigrants in the villages of Abdolabad, Mahneh and Hemmatabad has an impact factor Ziad, in the villages of Hassanabad, Khairabad and Janatabad have a moderate impact factor and in the villages of Shamsabad, Miyandi and Fatehabad have a low impact factor
