Abstract

In the event of natural and humanitarian crises, poor distribution and lack of attention to the capacity of relief services to rural areas are among the problems of the spatial pattern of certain villages. Therefore, in times of crises and dangers, the existence of certain villages will provide timely access to relief and rescue villagers, thereby reducing the vulnerability of the consequences of natural and humanitarian crises in rural areas. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and design the spatial pattern of certain villages in the relief of neighboring rural areas. The method used in this research is a combination of field and analytical descriptive methods. The statistical population in the village unit is all villages located in Hamoon city and in the household unit, all rural households in this city. Using the Cochran formula, 371 households were selected as the sample population. Data gathering will be done using rural and household questionnaires. Data analysis using Analytical Hierarchy Analysis (AHP) and Expert Choice software, as well as statistical and spatial analysis of research, will be done using SPSS and ArcGIS software. The results of expert selection software indicate that among the 66 villages surveyed, 13/63 percent of the studied villages are in an unfavorable situation, and 86.36 percent of the villages surveyed had a very unfavorable level of relief status. The results of the taxonomy method for rating the privileges of villages in the villages of Lootak, Lootk, Safar Shah, Lotfollah, Tall, Hassanabad, Bahramabad and Dolatabad are in a strong relief status, and villages such as Hatam Kalati, Dost Mohammad Haji and Rostam Mahmoud, among villages Relief workers are weak.
