Abstract

In recent years, the organization of worn out and ineffective tissues is one of the issues that organizations and institutions and city managers have been involved with. And the inability to solve this problem has raised this issue as a fundamental issue in academic and scientific circles. City planning, with the role of organizing urban spaces, can play a role in the development of these textures to some extent. In this regard, the aim of the research is to investigate the role of urban planning in the development of ineffective urban contexts in Zabul. The statistical population of the research includes two neighborhoods (Islamabad and Hosseinabad) from the ineffective neighborhoods of Zabul. In order to determine the sample size, 15 questionnaires were prepared and distributed among municipal experts and university professors. The research method was based on the review of library resources, field surveys and completing the questionnaire. The information collected was using the logit model. and Shazem software have been analyzed. In sum, the results of the research indicate that physical problems are the most important problem and the problem of inefficient tissues studied in the city of Zabul. And the solution of creating a model of good urban governance can be the best solution for improving the neighborhoods of Islamabad and Hassanabad.
