Abstract

Vandalism or vandalism is a destructive social phenomenon that causes financial, psychological and social damage to the environment. Urban vandalism, such as graffiti, breaking electric lights, breaking tree branches, etc., reduces the quality level of public areas and creates insecurity in the public environment. In fact, vandalism is a pathological act. The aim of the current research is to investigate the impact of vandalism on the lack of progress in the Masoomabad area of Zabol city and to identify the causes and motivations of this type of aggression and ways to prevent it. In this research, according to the title and the need for field investigations, it is descriptive method and referring to the documents and books available in this field, and then this information is analyzed. ARC GIS software and fuzzy logic technique and ANP hybrid model are used to analyze data and information. The statistical population of this research is the marginal area of Masoomabad, Zabol city. The results show that a large amount of vandalism phenomenon has occurred in the peripheral areas of the city and mostly among the young people.
