Abstract

Persian to English Today entrepreneurship is expanding in the countries of the world and many countries have become aware of its high importance. Entrepreneurship is a process that plays an important role in national development and economic growth of countries. The importance of the issue increases when we want to discuss the issue of rural women's entrepreneurship. Rural women's entrepreneurship is of particular importance in the national economy and preventing the migration of villagers to metropolises, so it is essential to provide the necessary conditions for the development of women's entrepreneurship and seek to overcome the obstacles and problems of their entrepreneurship. Accordingly, the present study investigates the environmental and social-cultural limitations of entrepreneurship of rural women in Hamoon, which is one of the most important limitations for rural women's entrepreneurship in this region. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of method and data collection method will be based on documentary resources and field studies (through completing household questionnaires). The statistical population of this study was women living in villages of Hamoon. Hamoon county has four villages with 9030 households and using Cochran formula, 369 women of rural households were calculated in the form of sample size. Data were analyzed using SPSS, EXCEL, Arc GIS and Expert Choice software. Based on the obtained results, the environmental and social-cultural conditions are statistically different. In other words, among the environmental and social-cultural constraints affecting rural women's entrepreneurship, the role of environmental factors in the studied villages is more obvious, and also comparing the average ranks shows that among the five environmental constraints, the climate with an average of 0.805 has the highest rank and soil with an average of 0.521 has the lowest rank
