Abstract

in order to investigate the effect of aqueous and alcoholic extracts of (Euphorbia heterophyla)weed, an experiment was conducted in 1394 and 1395 at the agricultural research center of Golestan province in a factorial format in the form of a completely randomized basic design in three replications on rapeseed and wild oat and phalaris weeds. It was carried out in laboratory, greenhouse and field conditions. The treatments included the type of organ (stem and leaf), the type of solvent (aqueous and alcoholic) and the concentration of perfion extract in laboratory conditions at five levels (distilled water as a control, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%) and in the greenhouse and field. It was considered at four levels (distilled water as control, 10 kg/ha, 20 kg/ha, 40 kg/ha(The measured traits included some morpho-physiological traits of the target plants. The results of the laboratory studies showed that the growth inhibition effect was greater in the alcoholic extract than in the aqueous extract. Also, the results of this study showed that the leaf extract has more growth inhibiting effects than the stem extract, and with increasing the concentration of the extract, the amount of growth inhibition increases. The results of this study showed that the height of phalaris weed, regardless of the type of solvent and organ in 100% extract concentration, decreased by 60% compared to the control treatment, and in other words, this treatment had the most inhibitory effect. The fresh and dry weight of Phalaris leaves decreased from 55 to 81% under the influence of 100% extract concentration regardless of the type of solvent and organ. The dry weight of Phalaris stem decreased by 92% and 85% under the effect of aqueous stem extract at 100% concentration and alcoholic leaf extract at 75% concentration, respectively. The results of greenhouse investigations showed that the height of the weed of Oats Hashi decreased by 85% in the concentration of 100% alcoholic leaf extract compared to the control treatment, and in other words, this treatment had the greatest inhibitory effect. The greatest decrease in leaf fresh weight was observed under the effect of aqueous stem extract at a concentration of 100%. Leaf dry weight, stem fresh weight and stem dry weight traits showed the highest inhibition under the influence of alcoholic leaf extract at 50 and 100% concentration, and after the control treatment, the lowest inhibition was observed in aqueous stem extract at 25% concentration. The lowest leaf area was observed in the 100% leaf extract concentration treatment, and the highest leaf area was observed in the 25% stem extract concentration treatment.The results of this study showed that the height of rapeseed was not affected by the investigated treatments, but the dry weight of rapeseed stem and leaf under the influence of alcoholic extract showed a decrease of about 50 and 60%, respectively, regardless of the type of organ, but the inhibition rate of the aqueous extract on the dry weight of the leaf And the canola stalk was less.The results of the field studies also showed that the height of Phalaris plant was reduced between 20 and 30% by aqueous extract and between 10 and 20% by alcoholic extract regardless of the extract concentration. That is, in field conditions, the inhibition of the alcoholic extract was lower than that of water. Regarding the dry weight of leaves, no difference was observed between the type of solvent or organ, and in general, the dry weight of Phalaris leaves decreased by about 50% by all treatments.The dry weight of Phalaris stem and leaf area decreased between 31 and 65% and 17 and 22%, respectively. According to field results, the inhibition of alcoholic extract at a dose of 2 grams was higher than that of alcoholic extract at a dose of 4 grams, and in some cases, the high dose of alcoholic extract not only did not decrease the growth of Phalaris, but also increased it. Also, the results of field investigations showed that leaf area and dry weight of oat leaves were affected by all three factors of solvent type, organ and concentration, but plant height and dry weight of oat stem were only affected by concentration and influenced by solvent type and organ. did not take In the case of wild oat weed, the alcoholic leaf extract with a dose of 4 g/ha had the highest inhibition. According to the field results, rape seed yield decreased from 20 to 32% due to the investigated treatments, and the largest decrease was observed in the concentration of 4 grams (32%) and 2 grams (31%) of alcoholic extract. The biological performance of rapeseed also decreased between 11 and 16%, similarly, the highest decrease was observed in the alcoholic extract, and no significant difference was observed between the dose of 2 and 4 grams. Also, in this experiment, secondary metabolites such as saponin, steroid, and terpenoid were detected in the aqueous and alcoholic extracts of Ferfion weed, and the quantitative measurement of the amount of phenol and flavonoid showed that the amount of these metabolites was higher in the aqueous and alcoholic extracts of the stem.
